Iburst was very quick to convert me to CELL C and charge me as well as when I moved house, not far from my old residence, I could not pick up signal. I can no longer pick up signal on Cell C and you are not providing me with a service, so what am I paying for? AS A CONSUMER I DO HAVE RIGHTS! so how can I pay for something that you are not providing? I am in the Cresta area and had been with Iburst for several years and the conversion to CELL C is not working and the signal drops and it is very slow. Can you cancel my contract as I cannot pay for something that you are not providing and taking my money for nothing! CELL C is the worst and slowest provider and your conversion to CELL C does not work. How can you convert me to cell C if I cannot pick up signal and expect me to still pay for it?
