Hi Cell C,
I currently have two contracts with you and have been struggling with call drops and bad cell signal reception. Basically I have to stand next to a window to make and receive calls. In November 2013 a technician did visit my house and requested a mail to be send giving approval to mount an external antenna at my home. However I only now discovered that I had an incorrect email address.
Please inform the technician who investigated the problem to contact me so that we can complete the installation for a signal booster.
The help would be appreciated!
