Shoddy Customer Service

We bought 3 Blackberry Z10's at a cost of R24 000 in April. Now one of them has developed a fault, when in use we can hear the caller but they cant hear us. We took it to Bayside and asked them to transfer data from the Z10 back on to a Curve before repairing it. The phones were left there for 4 hours. On returning we were told that they couldn't do it and we should take it to the Data shop. We live in Darling and would have had to wait an hour plus for this. We weren't happy with the customer service and decided to leave with the handset, We took it to Canal Walk two days later. They told us it would take an hour to transfer. We asked them to do the transfer and once done to send the set to the tech, and estimate how long it would take. 4 hrs later it was still with the data guys and the transfer hadn't been done. They then needed to download software to do the transfer and it would take another hour. After an hour we asked about progress and were told that the software was still downloading, we were not prepared to wait another 2 hours and left. It is easy to say leave the phone but it is a 180km round trip and from experience I'm sure the result will be the same.
