DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO CELL C, SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!

On 24/05/2013, I went to Cell C head office, Greenacres. I had a problem with my Iphone which was clearly a warranty issue. I informed the consultant that I cannot afford to be without a phone (call, sms, email, internet) for 24 hrs as it is a requirement of my work. She informed me she can give me a loan phone, but it will not be an iphone. I asked if she can transfer my data and email to this handset and she said no. I left without a solution.
On 30/05/2013, I again went to this store, this time I was told that they can transfer my data and email across to another device. I waited in the store for 3 hours!! After this wait, I was handed a phone that only had my contacts on without any other cabability. I left after expressing, my frustration. No further solution was offered by consultant. I am a manager that requires constant communication, via various mediums (voice, sms, email etc) I was told since cell C does not have a repair centre in PE they have to send the handset away and it can take up to 21 days. I told them I could not wait this long. The bottom line is that I am an extremely unhappy client that has nothing good to say about Cell C until this chaos has been sorted out!
