Their attitude towards me with a difficult problem

I have just upgraded my contract with a Blackberry Z10, which was giving problems - took it back within the 7 days and they exchanged it for a new one.
Although the Bayside branch equipment that trfrs all ones information from one cell to the other was out of order, Jackie accompanied me to the Pick And Pay Table view branch, to get the information transferred there
The guys there had a problem transferring the information from the returned Z10- to the new one - they then organised for a laptop to try and transfer the information and still could not get it transferred.
After about an hour and a half of doing everything possible to transfer the information, they asked if the info was still on one of my original phones that I had before upgrading.
I fetched that, and they were able to get all the contacts transferred from that phone.
Although the process took 2 hours to finally get it done, all the staff were extremely helpful and had a " nothing is a problem" attitude.
They all deserve a big pat on the back for really looking after the customer - well done and thank you
