There is only ONE Mtn outlet/shop in Tyger Valley centre, with not enough staff to cope with the demand. The staff have to rush through customers, not giving them the correct info. Mtn doesn't provide for complaints on their website. They only have a "contact us". You have to type in your ph number, but the 'next' button doesn't work.
