I phoned MTN Tyger Valley at just before 5pm to check on the availability of stock on the cellphone which I wished to upgrade to on my contract. After being assured that there was sufficient stock at the branch I then proceeded to the shop at just past 5pm and had to wait in line. With only three staff on duty, most of whom were walking in and out of the shop for who knows what reason, it took over an hour for me to get service to only then be told that the branch has run out of stock. This is not the first time that this has happened since I have opened my contract at MTN. Absolutely appalling service and a HUGE waste of my time! With the digital age, hour queues and incorrect stock information should not be tolerable, I expect better! Not on at all...
