Shocking Service, Incorrect Billing & Arrogance

At time of my contract extension, the Altech Autopage representative in Tyger Valley (Bellville) explained the benefits (free SMSs, free calls and free data allocation), the terms of the selected package, and how the monthly billing will work. (I made detailed notes of these.)
Since then, the monthly billing showed NO resemblance to these benefits, terms and tariffs.
During my attempt to resolve the matter, Autopage's Tyger Valley staff were arrogant and unwilling to resolve the issues, with a "take it or leave it" attitude.
Yes, I decided to LEAVE it, and paid my contract cancellation fee. (Incidentally, the Autopage staff used this amount as "veiled threat".)
I advise all existing Autopage customers to verify their monthly accounts against the terms of their agreement to ensure that they are not being taken for a ride.
