I made an application with African Bank on the 22/07/2013, till today I haven't had feedback on the outcome of my application. I contacted the call centre I was told it's in process then i sent a mail thrice to the head office they tell me it's in process no one is coming out with a straight answer.
I'm still waiting for my response, just because we wanna borrow money it doesin't mean we do it for fun, we have emergencies and problems we want to attend to urgently but then a person gets a bad service like that. I'm so unhappy with African Bank right now... I must just finish paying off the current loan and cut all ties. I'm so disappointed!!!
