I applied for a loan Saturday (10-08/2013), because I'm a new client from that company the application was to go to another division where they would create that employer.this took very long been calling and calling to get feedback but the application is stuck there till Tuesday. Monday the agent said this division had up till Monday (12-08/2013) to create employer but nothing even now Tuesday (13-08/2013). I find this is very annoying. I spent about R90 worth of airtime calling the call centre. The tel for their complaint centre is no one is responding as well. I sent emails no response!!! POOR SERVICE INDEED.
