Hello i previously have an account with Autopage ive got both a cellphone as well as a laptop.
Previously i reported a break in at my residency where my laptop had been and i had been debited 2 separate amount with regards to the insurance, wich two amounts had come off my account.
When i reported the matter to autopage i was shocked to be told that they do not insure laptops or tablets for that matter, but my statement tells another story as my laptop had been insured none the less to say they told me that they had insured the modem for a sum of R3000 wich i dont understand as some one had decided to insure my laptop without my consent. On that note on the 22nd of January 2013 at 10:30 I received a call from the call center telling me that i owe them an amount of R814 wich they themselves could not fathom what it was about. I currently pay R315 on a monthly basis for my cellphone and that includes insurance i cancelled the laptop contract as i cant pay for something that i dont have which also claims to be insured. The last payment that i had made for my cellphone was on the 16 January 2013
