Cell C
Buy 300MB, get 250MB

Bought 300MB using online banking but only got 250MB.

The Cell C website advertises 300MB for R45!! ( www dot cellc dot co dot za / data-packages)

After recharging I received an SMS:
27840001341: You have successfully recharged your prepaid account with 250MB Data

I confirmed by dialing *101# and only 250MB was loaded onto my account, NOT the 300MB advertised.

I took this up with the call center with no luck (Ref# 3011002678)

Julian Gettly got back to me via SMS saying that my account was recharged with 300MB and used up before the 31st, NOT WHAT I QUERIED! My problem is still unresolved!
