Paying for goods I don't have in my possession

About two months ago i saw a packaged deal promotion at Autopage. In the package there is a laptop, cellphone and usb modem. I went to my closest branch which is in Parkview and applied for my contract there, I was assisted by a consultant named Jacko. It was approved. I got my cellphone within two days which is acceptable, but I never had the laptop and moden in my possession. I waited an extra 3 weeks to get my laptop, and still missing my modem. Now its a month and 3 weeks I have not received my modem. Everytime I go there or call he tells me a new story. He has bad attitude, like he doesn't care at all. He called me this afternoon after getting a message from his head office about my complain, He said I will not get a new modem, Instead he will take the old one for repairs. I don't understand what is happening, but i cant pay for goods i don't have. I want to cancel my account with them and take my business elsewhere. "THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER". I will never refer anyone to this store. That branch is not proffessional they must be dealt appropriately. If this matter is not addressed, I will take futher action with this company with the CONSUMER COUNSILOF SOUTH AFRICA :-(
