My vehicle was broken into and my laptop. I logged a claim with Virseker. At first I was told that they would only pay R1 500-00 on the laptop because it was out of the vehicle itself. I explained to the insurance that this was unfair to all bakkie owners because a bakkie has no boot to lock items away. The laptop was a specified item. After much deliberation Virseker decided to pay me the full amount for which the laptop was insured. I would like to thank Danielle Annandale for bearing with me and for her assistance
