My blackberry Bold last night, for no reason shut down and I have been told that it will take 7 - 31 days to repair. I requested a replacement phone to be told there aren't any as they can't keep up with the demand of phones in for repair. I have been a customer of Nashua on a business contract for years and now I can't conduct business on my phone as I don't have one! Very dissapointed. There is still one year to run on my contract and will definately look at a more professional business alternative.
