I normally pay my account to Autopage with my credit card. I set up my current account to pay money into my credit card every month. I did not realise in December 2012 this did not happen. I received an sms on 31 Dec 2012 saying my account was not paid. I phoned immediatley and got an amount of around R1300 to pay into their account which I did. Then on the 2 Jan 13 I got another sms, when I called them they said I short paid by around R500 and gave me the exact amount which I then paid. I have received numerous sms even after faxing proof of payment to say I owe R1829. Today again I received another sms to say if I dont pay immediately I will be suspended. I have phoned this morning and spoken to 3 people and no one can assist me. I get transferred without anyone even telling me I am going to transfer me.
