I was at a Vodacom store in Pinetown. It was 5.30 pm but the shop assistant wouldn't let me in. He said they were closed. The sign said: closed at 6 pm. Being aware of my rights as a customer, I wouldn't leave until he let me in. He gave me a lot of attitude & only let me in after a lot of flack. Then the girl who served me very purposely put her BBM on before starting to serve me - to play music as loudly as possible. I asked her to turn it off - politely. She merely turned the volume down slightly. I had just worked 9 hours, had a headache and couldn't concentrate. It was. I am appalled at your service. You should look into your managers and how they control their employees. This experience has made me realized I want nothing more to do with Vodacom and will change to Cell C very soon. I am beyond APPALLED at the service and the attitude of your staff. I have never in my life been met with such belligerence, disinterest, disrespect and pure rudeness. You should be ashamed - especially as a major name in phone service. But not for much longer, if I can help it. I am making a concerted effort to let everyone I know of your terrible customer care & service. Vodacom: Be ashamed
