VODACOM - BAD SERVICE & NO FEEDBACK

I recently moved from Cell C to Vodacom because I was getting bad service from Cell C and have never heard about any of my friends and family complain about Vodacom. Boy was I in for a surprise. Vodacom service is worst than Cell C. 20 x more worst. they just don't bother to come back to you after they say that someone will come back to me.

I called almost 2 weeks ago to Customer Services complaining that my phone (Sumsung S4) uses Data even when I have switched off my date mobile usage and when it's on wi -fi. My bill is almost R1500.00 in 2 months and I couldn't understand why until I noticed the one day while at home with my phone on wi -fi that the data that I had left on my phone is now all of a sudden finished. Clearly there is a problem and I want this to be sorted out and my bill needs to be adjusted accordingly.
To put the cherry on the top Vodacom still have to audacity to call me and sell more date. hahaha!!

I'm horrified of the terrible service Vodacom has provided lately. In my office alone we are 3 people that have complaint on Hello Peter about Vodacom and the bad service and "don't give a attitude"
