On Monday 01/07/20013 I took my phone for repairs under ref ALWIC3565676, I collected the phone same day and was advised that software upgrade and part repaired, but two days later the phone started switching off/on, but due time I could not take the phone immediately. I only took it back on Monday 08/07/2013 Ref: ALWIC3574936 now was advised that the LCD is broken and I need to R1900.00. My question why only picking it up now after changing parts from my phone.
