I refer to my complaint (REQ:2426768) where I was at my wits end about an insurance issue and getting any feedback from MTN insurance. So I do not why I am surprised that MTN (Sommayya) has found a way to circumvent the Hellopeter process and thus "save corporate face". They respond for the sake of being a company that responds, news flash MTN: you don't care about your customers, don't try to forge that you do. I have been an MTN subscriber for years now and yet I can't get this one little issue resolved. Promises of feedback never materialize and the situation is just as bleak as when it started. Sommayya, do not promise feedback if you have no intention to apply the courtesy of such.
