Still no feedback. NOT SURPRISED

After promising, on HelloPeter (4 January 2013), to contact me, Ayesha (Customer Liaison for [URL Removed] has yet to sms, email, call or respond in any other fashion (despite her quick response via HelloPeter).

I'm not surprised. The company appears so disinterested in their customers, it is disheartening.

Looking forward to your positive commitment and hopefully follow through.
