After my report in May, NOTHING has happened. I spend this entire week at Cell C Cape Gate to try an sort the problem out wit obviously NO luck. You are quick to want to blacklist, but why can't I blacklist you for no service? I going to the ombudsman tomorrow and also talk to a lawyer as there is something as Consumer Act. And Cell C need to come back to earth and treat there loyal customers with respect! This is the reason why companies go under! I am not the only one that complain and will NEVER after this contract EVER support Cell C again! Lets see what fake promise you make this time! PUT my phone back on and correct the incorrect amounts deducted on your side!!!
