I have talked to Vuzi on the 25 July 2013 and he have no idea of customer service. Worst customer service I have ever received and the lack of understanding my problem. The only thing he can get out is that it can't be done! Want to speak to his supervisor but he is not available and I must phone back. After explaining the term customer service to Vuzi he said that a Stan Williams will phone me back. It is more than an hour and a half and no body not even their complaint department have contact me. They only acknowledge my complain by e-mail with a reference number.
