I write this with great sadness, my phone died on me about a month ago, I then submitted my phone for repairs at MTN on the 19th of June, it came back after 2 weeks, with comments "Liquid damage", knowing that I took good Care of my phone I don't see how that happened, I took a look at the paperwork and I found some disturbing stuff, for instance "the revision date was 25/04/2013 and the photo attached had 05/10/2013" now I am failing to understand how this came about, no one seems to have an answer for me, I then re booked the phone on the 11th of July, in that time I had no phone and I am about to pay the second instalment with no service from MTN, the worst part is no one gets back to me, on the 18th 0f July I went to Gateway again only to find that my phone has returned and no one had a look at it, not even an explanation from the Technical department, I would like to know why MTN did not take time to at least explain to me why the information does not match, I really expected better from MTN, I need really need someone to have a look at this, even the Gateway Manager gave me empty promises.
