I received an invoice on Monday 22 July 2013, the bill was R778 instead of R148 for 2GB. When I call MTN, they tell me that my contract has expired, then I ask them why didn't they let me know or advise me about. When you call them it takes about 20 minutes to get someone who can get to help you. This is my second contract with MTN and this how they reward me for using their services. Two days ago, I log a complaint for my account: A2978276 and they send me a USD reference number: MTN REQ:2444143 and said they will contact me shortly. Even now nobody has contacted me. You know I regret the day I took up this contract, I could have gone to another service provider. But, I thought maybe things will be better, but it looks like the not improving. The call centres its a mess. I sometimes wonder if do they know what they are doing or want to be there.

I am so disappointed and fed up with this service provider. MTN lacks professionalism and customer care.

How do you get to paying from R148 for 2GB to R778 for the same 2GB?
