I upgrade my contract on the Saturday. I then got news of my position becoming redundant on then Monday, Tuesday I went to the store where I did the contract and ask my I change it to a lower package as well as I was unhappy with the phone, the ladies in the store said no they cannot take the phone back I must just give it time I will get use to the phone. I then called the call centre for assistance as I am stressed about affording the contract, I have been an MTN client for about 8 years now, they are saying they cannot change the contract for me as it was a promotion and I must go back to the store where I did the renewal and they must assist me, but now where in the adverts do I see what I am paying listed as a promotion. Surely there must be something that can be done, or someone at MTN that can assist???
