NO SERVICE DELIVERY

I booked my Black Berrry 9800 for repairs on the 29/12/2012 in vodacom repairs cresta with JOb Number 8453376, was told workmaship will be between 2-7 weeks, after a long wait I decided to do a follow up and, to my amusement was told the phone has been ready for collection since the10 Jan 2013, asked why I was never notified the answer I got was a text was sent and it might be that my phone was on a voice mail thats why I never got the message, which is not good enough. where is customer service there? after I had spend and waisted my money on sending sms and making calls, where as if I was notified on time I would have had option of using my bbm, whatsup and email as a form of communication. Surely your consultants are suppose to be doing an after care service making sure that phone's dont there without being attended to? I thought MTN is the worst but after this pathetic service from you be guaranteed I am not renewing my contract with you VODACOM.
