I have upgraded my existing contract on 7 dec 12 no one informed me that it will only be migrated on 1 jan 13. elizabeth informed me everything will be in order as soon as i am online again. i have sent e mails phoned several times no one gets back to me kolonade branch does not respond to any of my queries nor does head office i am not paying this account as i did not get a copy of contract nor was i informed of the migration date . my new contract was signed on 7th dec 12 to a smart standard account.
