Abnormal billing of my account

I went for an upgrade last year Oct in Vodashop Sunnyside, i took a Samsung Galaxy Note 2.I was billed R1, 192 in Dec and was shocked but paid it, following month twas R4000 and i was now highly shocked. Every 1st of the month i get free minutes and data bundles bt the 1st Jan they vanished as they came in. I called voda they said they gonna investigate. I called again to find out and they said it's internet. I asked how coz i don't even use internet on the fown and i have Nokia E63 for messaging. They ended up there. In Feb/March i called again and they asked what fown i use i told them that's whereby they told me it updates internet whether i use it or not. Now the bill went up to R15, 000 and i went to Phumeza Made who upgraded me and she said she never knew that the fown does that and i told her that i won't be liable for her mistake. If she told me i wouldn't have taken the fown and she admitted it's her mistake and will c what to do. Her number is 0788474884/012-341 2221 and her manager is Moeketsi. Moeketsi took it over and nothing has been done instead my fown has been blocked since i told them i won't pay coz the mistake is with Vodacom specifically Phumeza.
