Useless and no system in place to investigate comp

I noticed that my cellphone bill is much higher then usual and I have been on the Talk 130 for more almost three years and never before I went over my free minutes. I also noticed that they have been charging me for Data Usage which I don't have on my phone, I have never locked onto the Internet from my phone and also according to the itemised billing I go onto the Internet funny hours during the middle of the night which is just very strange. I called the vodacom customer service and query my account, I was told to pay R22 extra for my itemised billing but then they send me only half of the statements. I phoned back and had lock another request and three days later and I still did not get the information as I ask for. When I phoned back for the third time I was told by the consultant that there is nothing vodacom can do about the wrong charges and they will not investigate this. I was shocked how you can from your customers like that and get away with it. Every second day vodacom arras you with phone calls to sell contracts but when you have a complain they just turn a blind eye and don't make an effort to provide you with a service.
