Wednesday 24th
Applied for deal during my lunch break and was told I had to wait 30 minutes for credit approval, no problem. Next customer walks in my stuff gets left aside to help this customer because only one pc in the store is connected to the system! 15 minutes later I'm told again 30 minutes, cant wait, I need to get back to work so I arrange with Buhle to call me when approved and I would go back after work to collect. I did not go back that afternoon due to traffic.

Thursday 25th
Again lunch time, go back to collect my sim, guy helps me as Buhle is off sick, tells me he is going to the back to collect my reciept and proceeds to have a 20 minute conversation with someone in an african language so I can only make out there is a problen with mt contract but not what the issue is. I was not told there is a problem till after the conversation has ended. So the simcard cannot be released to me because Buhle is not in and nobody knows the code she has used. Why is this a code only she knows that even IT cannot sort. Result: I have to go back to the store for a 3rd time, which I think is ridiculous considering the petrol price these days.

I think the sim should now be delivered
