Thanks for the response, its a week now since my tablet is been re-booked, the most irritating part is, the store i took it too, is not even informing me or updating me of my whereabouts of my tablet. probably they themselves haven't even bothered to check it, i have to make the follow-ups myself
Honestly i am really disappointed with the customer service of MTN, now i will be billed for the month of July even when i haven't used my tablet at all
