Do they understand English??

I've cancelled one of my Cell C contracts at the beginning of October 2013.
After numerous communications I still got billed (January 2014)!! How much more do they want?
My contract was signed for 24 months.
It expired, I cancelled in time - Cell C in Paarl Mall got the cancellation letter.
I didn't use the sim card for months!!
How is it possible that I pay MORE than the initial contract fee???
I want my money back that was deducted unnecessary. Otherwise I have no other option than to cancel the debit order by the bank.
I am definitely going to cancel my other contract as well!
I don't want a call from someone at Cell C - I want something IN WRITING (email!) that everything is sorted...
Hopefully they understand my frustration!
