Debiting my account without a contract

I signed a contract with Ananzi for this awesome campaign that Garth promised me, but it turned out to be anything but awesome. Changes were made to the contract after I signed it and a week after the supposed starting date nothing was happening, so I cancelled the contract and asked for my first installment to be refunded. Belinda & Dilshaad came to see me to propose a new contract, but after careful consideration I decided not to sign a new contract with them. Belinda cancelled the old contract in front of me and we both signed it. 9 days later my account was debited with an amount of R2280.00. This is of great concern to me, seeing as our initial contract was cancelled and I never signed the second contract. I have been asking them for my money back for 3 weeks now, but Belinda does not even respond to my emails anymore. They owe me R4560.00, but will only refund half. Belinda's response: "The last debit presented will be refunded, as we did cancel the contract with you before the debit went off. The first payment will however not be refunded. The first instalment will be kept to cover the cost of creating the Quick Page." Wish I could share the Quick page url here. REFUND ME!!
