I recently complained about Cell C not keeping to contract signed with them, I asked them to cancel the three contracts I have with them with immediate effect if they were not going to fully refund what was owed to me.
After a lot of calls and number of emails exchanged they said they will refund me the difference within 3 to 7 days... I agreed because I didn't want to seem like an impossible person even though I told them, they are punishing me for the mess they caused.
On the 9th of May they sent the email saying they will refund, today it's the 21st of May, still no refund.
I now demand that the contracts be cancelled with immediate effect with no penalties. I have kept to the contract and they have not; if I was the one on the wrong I would have long been hearing from their lawyers and blacklisted.
I am not open to any further negotiations. Cancel the contracts NOW with NO PENALTIES.
