Is it possible for Vodacom to actually supply with the service their customers pay for even just for a day? Heavens alive as if your customers dont suffer enough financial loss, especially if they are sales reps and your networks if lucky drop calls and dont just give the receiver an automated response "the number you have dialed is currently available" for no reason. You then have to cancel sim cards with no authorization let me not go into the hassle and effects of this only to charged for a new sim card at no fault of my own. Can some explain the poor data connectivity and increased costs as a results. Can you next advertisment speak an ounce of truth at least... VodaCOM IF YOU DARE this is financial it should be illegal.
