I logged a call with Vodacom Customer care and miraculously a response within a week. Had a guy out and checked everything even updating their records... WOW that was the good part. Now weeks later the service got worse and experiencing loads of problems with 3G and LTE connectivity. Connects but no throughput. What i don't understand is that we are paying customers who every month are loyal and honor our contract with Vodacom... what do we as loyal customers get... POOR SERVICE or NOTHING. Every month I forfeit data bundles etc due to not being able to use the service by instead going into the office where i connect to the office network. I have a home office working environment but instead need to revert going into office to use the network. Come on VODACOM catch a wake up. We have a potential of 2500 Tablet and Data growth in the area as all high school students in the area will be using tablets from 2014 in school. Potential business. Not with the service currently :(
