My contract ended with nashua in may, my last debit order was suppose to be on 20/05/2013, which was debit. I called in april to put in the notice. In June i got a statement that they will debit R310, went to nashua mobile maponya mall and they said i wont be debited, made me sign some credit form, on 20/06 i was debited R303, i reversed that amount. In july i got a statement that i will be debited R103, I called the insurance department, advising them of the incorrect statement and that they should debit me as my contract is over, i got debited on 20/07. I wont go to the bank I want that R103 credited to my account. Im so over this company and the incompetent staff, I would never recommend this company to anyone because of the bad service Ive received in the past 2years, Ive never complained before because I was giving this company the benefit of the doubt but now I'm. I just want my money credited and I dont want to see any stupid statement because my next step will be the Ombudsman
