I am very disappointed and very furious with your pathetic service, i took two contracts with you even though i knew it was risky because of your poor network connection at times, and now you have made my situation even worse, last month you did not take your debit order and now you telling me that i am in arrears, we made an arrangement that you take your money on a certain date, and now u expecting me to go to the bank and make the payment with the time i do not have, you want to double debit me, who's fault was it, I have two contracts with you but ever since i took the second one, i am not happy at all, I need an explanation to this, and also note i am not expecting my name to be dragged to be seen as the bad payer, someone will suffer, cause this looks to me as if someone is responsible for this, cause yesterday you deducted my account for this line, what i don't understand is that why that you failed to do this LAST MONTH, I NEED FEEDBACK, If you separated my lines to two different accounts, that should be your problem and not mine.
