ADSL line not installed

On the 23/05/2013 we signed a 24 month contract with Fastnet the Wi-Fi rota has been installed, waiting for the ADSL line. I have been bill and been paying for something I don't have. Phone call upon phone call no results. speaking to the consultant she said it would take three weeks to have the ADSL Line installed which is by Telkom. ONE month later I contacted Fastnet again the same reply they waiting for Telkom. On the 10th July, and 17th July 2013 I sent emails to Sharon to date I'm still waiting for a reply. While I was waiting for a response which never came!!! No surprise!! I had changed banks and got in touch with Sharon from Fastnet, the service was excellent and the banking details changed... how ironic. Its good enough to take my funds for a service that has not been supplied to date. I do understand that you waiting on a third party but two months later is just not acceptable. Word of advise come back to your clients when emails are sent to you feedback is always appreciated. I wonder were is that big smile that we got when the contract was signed.
