Contract breach by 8ta and I get billed??

By the end of May 2013 8ta cancelled one of my Internet Promo5 contracts (I had two) for no reason and they billed me R800 Termination fee for the cancellation!!?? I had to phone THEM to find out what happened but they don't even know. They cannot reactivate my Internet Promo5 because the promotion has expired, now the only other package is more expensive to replace the old one with. AND it is now almost the end of JULY and I am still waiting for my R800 they took from me!
I even had my attorney sent them a mail but they just flat ignore it, a real "no-care" attitude.
If you have a contract with 8ta, I hope for your sake they don't do the same with you because it is a never ending e-mailing and waiting frustration and its very inconvenient.
My next step is to go to our public newspapers and facebook if this issue is not solved this month.
