So last week tuesday i went to Cresta to apply for new laptop contract. the fist available person to assist was Kgomotso. she explained how the process works and i filled in the forms she gave me. she then went out to checkers to get her and Lizzie mushmellows. i thought ahh well she thought i was gonna take long with the application. well i sat there and the Lizzie she left me with really didnt care that i was even there. well being the patient person that i am i waited for her and she processed my application and said it was approved. she promised that she will get back to me by the end of last week so that i can get the laptop. guess what i habe not heard from cell c till today. what makes it worse is that the number provided for cell c cresta is 0114785440 and it rings with no answer. when it is answered it is dropped. Please kindly advise if i will still be getting this laptop r alternatively please cancel the contract let me know and i can go elsewhere. i wonder how its going to be for the next 2 years if this is the service im getting in the beggining. its even sad the 8ta refers their customers to you. Guess no oneknows the meaning of customer service.
