Very poor 808 call centre service!!!

I have been trying to insure my new contract phone from MTN so i called the 808 call centre number and they put me through to the insure company. Problem is that every time they put me through i was either being cut off or the phone was not being picked up. I explained my problem with the call centre people but they just kept on putting me through again and again. On 22/07/2013 I called again and they the call centre person said that he would send my request to the insurance guys and that they would call me. Still today i have not received a call from the insurance company. I called the MTN 808 call centre more then 7 times to request that this problem be resolved but it still has not.
