Contract taken out through Elite Mobile. Instructions and correspondence sent to Elite Mobile. Contract ends with Elite Mobile in November 2011. Vodacom pops up in April and decides they collecting money, no correspondence sent, and ruin a good credit record! Spend hours and days trying to find out what is going on and eventually Elite Mobile passes you onto Vodacom who leaves you in the wind! Desperation you end up paying it to get rid of it, but nobody can give you an answer as to why Vodacom does not check what their 3rd party suppliers are communicating with clients. My feeling - nobody is there to protect the consumer from being ripped off by exactly what has just happened. They dictate, you jump!
