Vodacom just informed me that my data usage is R4500 this month, as there out of data rate is R2p/mb I usually get an SMS telling me my data bundle has expired, I didn't in this case, which I can prove. Their response is essentially, tough luck... Cell C's out of bundle rate is 15c p/mb so there is no way Vodacon can justify their out of bundle pricing. To me this is daylight. Especially considering I got no warning of this via sms.
