On the 7th I got a delivery and was surprised, called in and reported it, was given a ref number. I relaxed cos I thought it was taken care of, now I c on my bank statement I've been debited for this very same thing I never ordered, I like the fact that your calls are recorded cos last month I only ordered a ZTE with a monthly fee of 149 which I agreed to cos it sounded reasonable, nothing more but now I see extra charges, why? Please find that recording and sort this out pls
