Browsing through the MyBB forums I read some excellent things about TelkomZA's twitter and forum support.
I decided to give them a try on 19/07/2013 for a congestion issue on my ADSL line.
They quickly responded and had my port moved to a new DSLAM increasing my speed and line capabilities.
I am surely one very happy customer!
If this is the way Telkom is moving forward in addressing customer complaints and queries they are well underway in changing their perceived image.
