ADSL Line Upgrade

Telkom recently begun upgrading ADSL lines from 1Mb/sec to 2Mb/sec and I called the customer care center on 10210 this morning (08:15) to enquire when our line would be upgrade. I was put through to technical support in Bloemfontein and I think the woman's name was Jo or something similar.

She was very helpful and activated the line upgrade then and there without me having to wait. She also gave me step by step instructions on rebooting the computer and how to do a speed test to make sure that everything was working correctly.

Thank you very much Telkom, I hope you continue to provide the excellent service I have been receiving from you.
