So, here I am back again. I went to the Vodacom customer care in Sandton city, because my phone still continues rebooting. And guess what they discovered, its in fact, my battery that has blown, this was not identified when I initially brought in the phone to the customer care. Even though I asked them to check if this was the problem. R2000 later, 3 weeks of drama, all a waste. This problem could have been easily fixed, and it would have cost me R350. Needless to say, I am really not impressed. I know that I wont get my money back, as my screen has been fixed, however; what upsets me is that for 3 weeks, I have argued the point that my screen is not connected to the problem, and Vodacom insisted that it was.
