The service provider wrongfully blacklisted my phone over SIX weeks ago.. i have tried everything to get assistance. Numerous branch visits and phone calls to the call centers up until this day no one has assisted me in resolving the problem. I as a client had to run round for their incompetence still they cant help me. Its terrible service - i will not do any business with MTN in future. CLEARLY CUSTOMERS DO NOT MATTER... i am very frustrated and do not advise anyone to use this network as a service provider!!! I will be contacting national newspapers and social networks to air my views on this PATHETIC SERVICE.
